On May-16, Transmark Subsea AS received
notification that their
Quality Management System fulfils 
the requirements of the
ISO 9001:2008 standard
Johan Møller Warmedal, the CEO of Transmark Subsea, said:

New CEO at Transmark Subsea
We are delighted to introduce our new CEO, Mr. Johan Møller Warmedal, who joined us on January 1 2013.
Johan has more than 25 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. He started his career as a wireline logging engineer in Schlumberger. For more than 15 years Johan served in a variety of field positions and management positions for Schlumberger, the last as global Ambassador to Norsk Hydro for Schlumberger Oilfield Services.
In 2002 Johan assumed the position as International Operations Manager, Eastern Hemisphere for FMC.
Johan joined AGR in 2007 where he has held various executive management positions in the operating divisions of AGR Group.
Through more than 8 years in expatriation, most notably in Germany, Italy, Greece and Australia, Johan has gained extensive experience with multicultural and multinational environments within the industry.
Johan is a Norwegian citizen and holds a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim.
Johan replaces Tore Diesen, who started the company in October 2009. Tore will remain on the Supervisory Board of Transmark Subsea and will develop strategic initiatives, both nationally and internationally.
